Post-Race Food for Thought

We are so excited for race day and hope that you are, too. Chef Jamie McKeon sent us his menu for this year’s post-race food and we cannot wait to sink our teeth into this deliciousness!

  • Vegetarian Black Bean Sausage Patties on Whole Wheat Bun

  • Cranberry Quinoa Salad (gluten-friendly)
  • Black Bean Brownies

Chef Jamie will be cooking live on Channel 69’s Sunrise Chef on April 7th. Here is a video from his visit to the show in 2016. The Goji Berry Energy Bar recipe looks delicious and right up our alley as runners.
